Fragile- handle with care
"I bought this with an assortment of skincare and when it arrived without any kind of soft protective case I was concerned it would break easily and within 24 hours it did. My fault, it fell off the shelf into my sink in my outdated bathroom. I notified Odacite and they were kind enough to make an exception and send me another. Thank you so much Odacite! It is a beautiful but fragile stone that is a little on the larger side which I actually like for use on the body. I use it on my face too but prefer something a little smaller for the face. Maybe make a slightly smaller one for the face and create a custom protective case/pouch for it?"
