I Don’t Look My Age

Is the lemon oil cold pressed or steam distilled? I’m curious about phototoxicity.: Hi Monica, Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in Odacité! All of our Serum Concentrates are safe to use during the daytime. Our source citrus oils are steam distilled, photosensitivity issue may arise when citrus oils have been cold pressed and contain furocoumarin, a constituent that is the cause of photosensitivity. Studies show steam distillation removes furocoumarin and makes it safe to use in skin care. Hope this helps and please let me know if I can answer any additional questions!
